Architecture Shaped by Place
Wade Close House
This thoughtfully designed three-bedroom home supports a lifestyle split between Jamaica and overseas, offering a private owner’s suite when he’s in residence, a fully functional rental while he’s away, and the ability to convert seamlessly into a single-family home when needed, all while remaining fully parish-compliant.
Green Hill House
Built into the hillside, this three-tier home transforms steep terrain into layered living. A guest or helper’s suite sits at ground level, an open-plan living floor anchors the center, and the upper level offers a private master suite with secondary bedrooms opening onto viewing terraces. Expansive glazing and tiered outdoor spaces create a seamless connection between architecture and landscape.
Henzel Terrace
Designed to follow the natural slope, this 2016 proposal uses tiered platforms to maximize views while integrating self-contained bedroom suites for flexible living and income potential. Central air conditioning ensures comfort throughout, resulting in a home that is both grounded in terrain and elevated in experience.

Banjoko Medical Centre
This project transformed an existing single-family residence into a fully approved multi-disciplinary medical facility through adaptive reuse. Reconfigured across two levels, the ground floor operates as a general practice while the upper level accommodates a pharmacy and dental clinic. Strategic upgrades to services and infrastructure enabled a cost-effective healthcare environment without demolition, demonstrating the value of regulatory alignment and smart adaptation.
