Yes. We provide drafting and design support services islandwide across Jamaica. Projects may be coordinated remotely or in person, depending on scope, location, and site requirements.
Site visits, measured surveys, and in-person meetings—where required—are scheduled by arrangement and may be subject to additional mileage, travel, or logistical costs.
Payment Structure (Milestone-Based)
Our fees are structured around clear milestones tied to the delivery of agreed deliverables, not external approvals by third parties.
Tier 1 — Engagement & Preliminary Works (30–35%)
• 15% — Retainer upon appointment
• 15–20% — Preliminary stage deliverables issued
Tier 2 — Core Design & Documentation (45–50%)
• Major design and documentation deliverables issued
Tier 3 — Final Release & Close-Out (15–20%)
• Final deliverables issued and released to the client
All milestone payments become due upon delivery of the corresponding deliverables. Approval timelines by authorities or external reviewers do not affect payment schedules.

fees.
Drafting timelines vary depending on project size, complexity, and the level of coordination required. Most projects progress through clearly defined stages, each with its own timeframe.
As a general guide:
Preliminary / concept drafting: 1–2 weeks
Detailed drafting & coordination: 2–6 weeks
Final drawings & release: 1–2 weeks
Timelines are based on the scope agreed at appointment, timely receipt of client information, and prompt feedback during review stages. Larger or more complex projects, additional revisions, or late changes may extend the schedule.
